The Ocean's Edge Selvedge is a 13oz Japanese Selvedge Denim, meticulously woven at low tension on vintage shuttle looms to yield a textured, handcrafted look and feel. Its antique blue color draws inspiration from the mysterious ocean depths, offering remarkable fading properties that will beautifully evolve with each wear. This denim has undergone a fabric wash providing a soft hand feel and is made from 100% cotton. On the jeans you’ll find a raging bull leather patch, traditional button fly, classic silver metallic hardware, and contrast stitching. Each piece, cut, sewn, and made with attention to detail in Canada.
The Weird Guy is a standard tapered fit with a medium rise, a comfortable top block, and a taper from knee to hem.
I love this line of fabric rinsed denim from Naked and Famous. These things flew off the shelves in spring and I thought I wouldn't be able to get a pair, luckily Mutton Head (love the name. My dad would call us that as kids) had them in my size and my favorite fit. I'm interested in trying some of their heavyweight hoodies like the weekender, tho I wish they had a zip version. If I was working I'd have another order placed by now!
