Return & Exchange Policy:

 

IN STORE REGULAR PRICED MERCHANDISE

  • Within 15 days of purchase, you can return your item for a full refund onto the original form of payment, which must be present during return.

  • Within 30 days of purchase, you can exchange your item or alternatively we can provide you with a store credit.
  • After 30 days, all sales are final.
  • You must have a valid receipt and all returned items must be unworn and in the same condition that you received them in with tags. 

IN STORE SALE OR ITEMS PURCHASED WITH A DISCOUNT CODE

  • Within 15 days of purchase, you can bring your item back for a store credit. Store credit does not expire and can be used online or in-store and can be used to purchase a different size or style. 
  • After 15 days, all sales are final. 

To be eligible for a return, your item must be unused and in the same condition that you received it, with the tags attached, and you must have the receipt.

Please note that the following items are final sale: all apothecary & grooming goods, socks, toques, underwear and masks.

Gift cards are not refundable.

  • Within 15 days of delivery date, you can contact the shipping department to initiate a return of your item for a refund onto the original form of payment or for a store credit if you choose.

  • Within 30 days of delivery date, you can contact the shipping department to initiate an exchange your item or alternatively we can provide you with a store credit.
  • After this 30 days all sales are final.

*Online Returns can take up to 10 business days to process, especially during very busy periods, please be patient!

ONLINE SALE OR ITEMS PURCHASED WITH A DISCOUNT CODE

  • Within 15 days of delivery date, you can contact the shipping department to initiate a return and return your item for store credit.
  • After 15 days, the sale is final.
  • Items purchased online on sale or with a discount code can ONLY be returned for store credit. No Exceptions.

*Please note, we do not refund or issue store credit for the cost of shipping that was paid on the original order. So if there is a difference in amount of refund or store credit, this is the reason. This fee is never credited.

INSTORE PICKUP ORDERS THAT ARE NOT PICKED UP

We are more than happy to hold your pickup order for as long as you need to pick it up. Just let us know if you need an extended period for what ever reason and we will gladly accommodate it for you!

However, we do have limited space to hold orders. If an order is not picked up within 30 days of the order being placed, we will send you email reminding you about the order. If you do not respond within 7 days, we will automatically cancel the order and send you store credit for the value of the order. 

Please note, we do not issue refunds on orders that not picked up within 14 days. We will issue you a store credit if you no longer wish to pick up the order. For peak sale times (ie. Black Friday and Boxing Day) we do not allow cancelations after 3 days. 

 

Refunds:
Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within  1-3 business days.

Late or missing refunds:
If you haven’t received a refund yet, please check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted.
Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.

Exchanges:
If you ordered the wrong size or colour we can provide you with a store credit that can be used to purchase the alternate item. Please fill out the RETURN//EXCHANGE form that was included in your shipment and contact us at shipping@muttonheadstore.com to confirm the exchange.

 We do not exchange items placed during Black Friday or Boxing Day, those items can only be returned for store credit.

It is your responsibility to pay the shipping costs associated with returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. We recommend shipping with Canada Post or USPS as these are often much cheaper than other shipping companies.

Once we receive your returned package we will issue you a store credit. 

If you are shipping an item over $75, you should consider using a trackable shipping option or purchasing shipping insurance. We cannot guarantee that we will receive your returned item. Make sure to keep your tracking number. 

Price Adjustments

Sale Adjustments: If a purchased item is marked down for a final markdown or end of season sale, Muttonhead offers a one-time price adjustment on your order under the following conditions:

  • Price adjustment request must be made within 7-days of your order being placed. 
  • The same style and size must be in stock at the time of your price adjustment request. 
  • The price difference must be refunded to gift card

Promotional Adjustments: If a promotional discount is offered (this includes Black Friday and Boxing Day!) Muttonhead offers a one-time price adjustment on your order under the following conditions

  • Price adjustment request must be made within 24-hours of your order being placed.
  • The same style and size must be in stock at the time of your price adjustment request. 
  • The price difference must be refunded to gift card
