The Blanket Lined Denim is a 14.5oz Japanese Denim. While this is named “Blanket Lined” it is not really lined at all. The vintage style blanket you see on the inside of the jean is woven into the fabric. This is a double weave denim that has 2 warps and 2 wefts that are woven simultaneously and bound together as one comfy cozy fabric. The fabric is dense and raw without being particularly rigid. Cut, sewn, built in Canada with tonal stitching, dark brown leather patch, mil spec non reflective buttons and rivets.
The Super Guy is a skinny fit with a medium rise, a slim top block, and a taper from knee to hem.
These jeans remind me a lot of a lined jeans I used to have as a kid. But those are raw so you know they will be fading beautifully. N&F has an example of the fades of this fabric since its a re-release. I expected fabric to be quite rigid but its really soft. While those will not be your all year jeans you will be super cozy wearing them during colder month.
