STOCKIST FEATURE: FloorPlay

Our next feature focuses on a company that specializes in selling one thing; SOCKS! This rapidly expanding company is taking over the Toronto sprawl and beyond with their huge selection of fuzzy foot wear! FloorPlay takes socks to the next level with luxury and novelty styles of socks, and you can bet there is something for everyone. From external brands to customization, these folks do it all and do a heck of a job to boot!

Floorplay Socks just celebrated their 5 year anniversary as a company, and it all  started with their first store on the bustling Queen Street West. After much success, they then opened another at Yonge and Eglinton, and a third one on Locke Street in Hamilton a year later! Talk about a take over! If that wasn't enough excitement for us and the FP team, in the next few weeks they will be setting up shop in the Distillery District for their pièce de résistancee- their largest location yet!

There's no way to leave unhappy or empty handed with the fun curated selection they provide for their customer base, and in turn bring in lots of business for the neighborhoods they occupy as well!

Being a company that is super supportive of Canadian made goods, FloorPlay try to sell as many Canadian made socks (like Muttonhead!) as they can. In a society obsessed with fast fashion, it can be challenging to find; but they carry and promote locally made and local businesses as much as possible! Proving staff designed socks and having OCAD students have their hand at designing a few as well- these are only some of the ways they show their support!

With an ever growing team and an extensive online store, there's no shortage of opportunities for them to make all your sockiest dreams to come true! So whether your looking to spice up your wardrobe with a bold sock or just want to rep your hometown team- FloorPlay is the place to go!

Hey, I know this store… the one on Queen Street. Looking forward to getting my hands on some new Muttonhead socks. They look pretty cool.
